Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. Solely for purposes of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, you agree that any and all disputes, legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to your use of this Site and/or this Agreement, whether legal or equitable in nature, or arising out of contract or tort claims, may be brought in any Israel court.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Edge Medical with respect to your use of this Site. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
