Quix Digital Radiography Console

The Quix DR Console is a Quality Control review station capable of controlling and supplying power to up to two Quix Digital Buckys. With a simple menu structure and convenient touch-sensitive screen, operation is intuitive and easy-to-learn, as the user is guided through the short sequence of steps required to input patient data, perform an exam, view the image and export the image and exam data to the PACS network or film printer.

The integrated software system in the Quix DR Console enables the operator to quickly input patient and exam data via barcode, keyboard, or optional DICOM Modality Worklist; expose, acquire, process, display and examine the digital X ray image; accept or reject the image and to send it to PACS network devices for storage, display or printing.

Exam specific image processing algorithms, based on powerful wavelet technology and dynamic range compression, optimize diagnostic quality allowing both bone and soft tissue to be visualized in the same image.
